Mladen Ožić, a licensed architect of Zagreb, Croatia, is the owner and director of VIRITUAL, a company specialized in real estate appraisal, civil engineering expertise, and complete consulting service related to construction, purchase and sale of real estate.

He is a member of the Croatian Court Experts Association and of the Chamber of Architects. For a number of years, his office has been providing services to the municipal courts of Zagreb and the surrounding area, as well as to the Commerical Court of Zagreb in the field of assesments of real estate and civil engineering expertise.

He made a number of studies for the needs of individuals, companies, and banks fot obtaining of mortagage loans. His office provides the following services:
